  • HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?

When your package leaves our premises, a tracking number will be sent to you. For more information see the Shipping and return page.

  • What is the delivery delay ?

The delivery time depends on your postal address, as well as the country of destination. For more information see the Shipping and return page.

  • What is the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and your postal address. For more information see the Shipping and return page.

  • Can I pick up my order in person?

It is entirely possible to pick up your order in person at 2050 rue Dandurand, Atelier 300. Montréal H2G1Y9.

  • Can I return my package ?

It is possible to return your package, but under certain conditions, please consult the Shipping and return page for more information.

  • I want to customize my order, how do I do it?

Do you want a particular quantity of products? Do you want your logo to appear on our products? Are you organizing a special event? We are there to guide you in this process.

  • BALCONY BAR : RETURN AND REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice. The product must return to its original state : new.

We do not take care of the return shipping costs. After we receive the package, we valid the good condition of the product and we will immediately proceed to a full refund of the invoice. The shipping costs paid when ordering will not be refunded.

  • i dropped my balcony bar during the installation

We are not responsible for the following reasons :

– You damaged your balcony bar by dropping it

– If you drop the balcony bar during the installation, we are not responsible for breakages and/or injuries caused by this accident, since it is due to a mistake that is beyond our control. This is why we strongly recommend you to set up the bar with SOMEONE ELSE.

 

  • the balcony bar arrives broken at the reception

When we send you your balcony bar, it remains in new condition, without breakage. However, it is possible the carrier damages it during the transport manipulation. It’s not our responsibility to assume the full cost of the blows related to breakage, but we are committed to reimburse you 50% of your bill by providing us with supporting photo evidence. For this, communicate as soon as possible with us at info@pastisolive.com
