Please note that all transactions are made in Canadian dollars.

DELIVERY IN CANADA AND USA

Standard orders :

Deliveries are made by Canada Post within 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of your order.

The shipping is FREE anywhere in Canada and USA.

CUSTOM orders :

Custom orders vary according to quantities and products and represent a cost. We reserve the right to calculate the shipping costs related to your order on your final invoice.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : 

USA : Free shipping 

Delivery times: 10 working days

France/Belgium/Suisse :

A fixed fee of $ 42 CAD is applicable for the tray category.

A fixed fee of CAD $ 20.77 is applicable for the coasters category.

Delivery times: 15 working days.

 

CUSTOMS FEES OR OTHER IMPORT-RELATED FEES:

We are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and other related costs for international delivery.

 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE : 

As soon as your package has been sent within the timeframe announced, we will give you your tracking number so that you can be informed of the progress of the delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

  1. Return :

Pastis Olive wants to satisfy you and if you are not satisfied with one of our products, simply return it, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and your full contact details, by insured and prepaid shipment to the address following:

Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. We will credit your account, or refund your credit card upon receipt of the product.

* Gift certificates are not refundable, as well as items on promotion. We do not undertake to reimburse a product already used, or damaged except in the case of a manufacturing problem. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

  1. Exchange :

Exchange and refund of a defective product

Pastis Olive agrees to reimburse you or exchange a product if :

  • It was damaged during shipment (if bought on http://www.pastisolive.com)

  • It is clear that there was a manufacturing defect: major assembly problem

  • It has not been used or opened

  • Have been bought within 10 days or less.
  • If our team has made a mistake in the product.

 

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES: 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery information such as names, surnames and addresses are correct. If a wrong address is provided, please contact us quickly at info@pastisolive.com. If the package is sent to the wrong address, and it has returned to us, if the buyer wishes a second return, additional delivery costs will be added.
